"There is a crack in everything, that's how the light gets in."

Are you suffering from anxiety, depression, stress or difficulties in relationships or parenthood? Are you an expat, multilingual, TCK or minority facing life changes, culture shock or issues tied to identity and gender? Are you involved in the arts or in a creative field and concerned with creativity, performance anxiety, motivation or stage fright?
A successful psychoanalysis can bring about crucial relief from these diverse symptoms, improving your quality of life and empowering you to make choices with increased freedom, unburdened by the weight of the past.
With extensive training in three countries and clinical experience with diverse individuals, I ensure the utmost care, confidentiality, and respect throughout your journey.
As a long-time multilingual expat, I am sensitive to the difficulties faced by expats, TCKs, and multilingual clients. Informed by a parallel background in music performance and arts management, I also welcome patients whose challenges relate to creativity, whether in the arts or in other fields.
Whatever challenges you are facing, I am here to listen. When you wish, you are welcome to schedule a confidential consultation without obligation.
"A psychoanalysis consists in speaking freely, in not hushing the ideas that go through your head.
Little by little, from within your own words, another meaning forms and surprises you,
then falls apart, taking the pain with it.
Usually, you discover just how conditioned you have been by apparently minute elements
encountered in hazardous circumstances: things from childhood, meetings, certain words said to you,
and we keep coming back to them until the malevolent charge of these elements softens."
Jacques-Alain Miller
